Firecheck is a B2B SaaS that runs a company's fire safety log, with a QR code on every piece of fire equipment. I founded it with my father. I handled development, SEO, outreach and the sales workflow. Now it runs on its own. SEO brings in organic leads, onboarding is fully automated, and my father takes the calls and closes. Over 30 clients, including Gruppo Hera and Warner Music.

Tudo is a mobile app where kids do chores to earn pocket money, with a penguin mascot that grows with every chore done. The idea came from how my brother and I split the chores at home, and I'm building it on my own. The plan is to grow with UGC videos on Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Token Rivals is a B2B SaaS that lets crypto communities run games and tournaments for their followers. I founded it and built the MVP. It stopped there, because cold outreach didn't work and the crypto market was flat.

Bullet Last is a 3D multiplayer shooter in Unity, where the NFTs in your wallet become your character and the winner takes the tokens. I co-founded it with one partner and led development. The first drop of 100 NFTs sold out.

Drift Pizza is a casual mobile game where you deliver pizzas by drifting. It's the first game I made. I built it alone in Unity and published it on iOS and Android. A few thousand downloads.
